I took more than couple of month to post below about the earth quake....
we still having aftershocks even we almost forgot about it. I woke up this morning by aftershock.

How we can deal with the situation...
It has been passed more than one month but still no one know when people relief even just for one step to the future...
My family, friends, my team members are all okay and safe but I could not update here,,, even now feeling little bit difficulties still. But I can't ignore worst destructed disaster in Japan history.
I experienced another one which is Hanshin-Awaji(M7.3) back into 17 Jan. 1995, and this time again on 11 Mar. 2011 hits M9.0. Because of massive Tsunami hit to the area, victims will be multiply by Hanshin-Awaji case...
To date, 15,179 deceased victims and 8,803 people are missing.
I also express our appreciation for countries who provides really warm and kind of support for us. Our past days since Mar.11th were hopeless without your heart.

LDA Z approach to RWY22. experienced traffic crossing few miles ahead for RWY23. See figure below. Arrival traffic from south are assigned to use RWY22 and north traffic are assigned to RWY23 which means traffic crossover the vector. Believe this was a best design but I really hope ATC has enough resources to handle these additionally complicated airspace. Looks getting worse.
